Elementary

The C.R.A.S.H. Zone, our Junior Worship program for 1st through 6th graders, is a great place to learn about God in an atmosphere of hands-on Bible stories, games, art activities, and skits. The first 25 minutes are spent in praise and worship, where kids help lead songs and run the sound system or overhead projector. The remainder of our time we divide into age graded small groups (currently 1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th, and 5th & 6th grades), for age specific learning activities.

Kids are encouraged to bring their Bibles so they start a life-long habit of reading & memorizing God’s Word. Take home papers are available at our sign-in table so parents can read about our lesson, talk about it at home, and encourage daily application of Biblical principles.
 
Each class is taught by a teacher and helper team. They love God and love hanging out with your kids. For added safety, each has completed a WA State Patrol background check.

Other activities for 1st-6th graders include:

• Kids Choir (starting each Feb. and Sept.)
• Vacation Bible School (a week of fun each summer)
• Club 56 (a Wednesday evening program for our 5th and 6th graders)
• First Chance Camp for kids entering 2nd & 3rd grade (at the beginning of summer)
• Junior Camp for kids entering 4th-6th grade (usually mid-July)
• Kids Retreat for 4th-6th graders (the first of February)
